Job Summary
Mix drinks, manage cash, and handle food safety while delivering guest-first service at Cantina Gueros. Communicate guest concerns to the manager, customize experiences through menu knowledge and up-selling, and maintain strong teamwork in a high-volume environment. Must possess high-level alcohol and beer knowledge, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting trays. Available for night shifts and weekends on a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Minimum two years of bartending experience required, with breakfast experience a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and great work ethic daily
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Capable of working with others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-paced restaurant
