Manage the fine dining bar and restaurant by slicing fruit garnishes, keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, and accessories, and taking beverage orders with extreme attention to detail. Serve lounge food items, deliver checks, and collect payments while checking identification to verify legal age requirements. Clean the bar, tables, and work area; organize the bar to streamline preparation and inventory; and restock lounge supplies. Attend pre-service huddles, inform the manager of needed supplies or equipment repairs, and check refrigeration temperatures. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
