Job Summary
Greet members and guests courteously, mix beverages according to set guidelines, and ensure the bar area remains properly stocked, maintained, and clean. Act as cashier for dining and bar operations, monitor cash and Micro's, and assist food servers with table clearing and waiting. Maintain vast mixology knowledge, understand menu preparation and display, and communicate problems to the Outlet Manager or Captain. Assist with monthly inventories, attend required training and staff meetings, and follow all Resort Standards of Operation. Monitor security of beverage items and report equipment needs. Available to work in various Food and Beverage locations based on business levels, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum 6 months related experience
- equivalent combination of education
- available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets
- work holidays wherever needed
- occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear
- regularly push and/or pull 180 pounds
- lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
