Welcome guests, read preferences, and take drink orders while demonstrating genuine hospitality. Attend pre-shift meetings to review service details, VIPs, and specials. Handle cash and credit card transactions, record orders into the POS system, and adhere to liquor regulations. Prepare garnishes, glassware, and equipment; maintain a clean environment by washing glasses and cleaning the bar. Upsell items, answer food and beverage questions, and communicate guest needs to the kitchen. Perform basic cleaning tasks as instructed.
