Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous bar service in a fine-dining/high-volume setting: take beverage orders, suggestive sell, prepare cocktails and wine service to recipe standards, reconcile cash at shift end, stock bar supplies, maintain a clean/bar area, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation laws while delivering personalized guest experiences. Maintain knowledge of cocktails and wine, answer guest questions, manage guest history records for repeat guests, and collaborate with supervisors to complete duties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a bartender in fine dining and/or high volume bars
- Valid, non-expired Food Handlers’ and Responsible Beverage Service cards
