Job Summary
The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and personalized service in a fast-paced fine dining environment. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, providing detailed menu knowledge, and ensuring prompt service while building rapport with guests. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of serving experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in mixology and seasonal cuisine.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant environment; upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred.
- Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends.
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Genuine interest in seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine with a willingness to expand culinary and beverage knowledge.
- Working knowledge of classic cocktails, foundational wine varietals, and beer styles; fine-dining or craft beverage experience a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and composure.
