Bartender/Mixologist

Job Summary
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons while attending to order details and presentation. Interact with guests to take orders, serve menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences. Check identification to confirm legal drinking age and ensure compliance with liquor laws and sanitation regulations. Coordinate daily supply inventory, submit orders, restock the bar, and complete cleaning duties including dishwashing. Record and balance cash receipts, prepare deposits, and maintain appropriate dating and rotation of beverage items. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. ServeSafe & TIPS certification and at least two years of bartending experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be ServeSafe & TIPS Certified.
- At least 2 years as a Bartender/Mixologist.
- Clear speaking voice
- Business/telephone professional
- Basic English
- Ability to keep the bar organized.
- Keep the bar stocked and clean.
Desired Qualifications
- A relevant training certificate is a plus.
- High school, some college would be beneficial.
