Job Summary
Deliver impeccable cocktails, warm hospitality, and an engaging guest experience while embodying standards of excellence at the bar. Educate and enthrall guests with expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, and contribute to beverage recipe development and staff education. Work well under pressure as part of a team, maintaining an organized and clean environment while demonstrating leadership among peers. Requires 2-4 years of experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bars, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to move and lift 40 pounds. Must be at least 21 years of age, able to stand and walk for extended periods, and possess intellectual curiosity. Competitive hourly pay plus tips, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus flexible schedules and daily family meals.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills
