Job Summary
Bartender needed for events at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Responsibilities include bar setup and breakdown, timely setup, coordinating with bar back for replenishment, greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and recording closing inventory. Requires 2+ years of bartending experience, strong communication, expertise in preparing mixed drinks, TIPs certification (or similar), exceptional customer service, reliability, grooming, knowledge of upscale/VIP service, and the ability to relocate to or live near Atlanta, GA. Physical tasks include lifting up to ~40 lbs. Able to work in a fast-paced event environment with strong time-management and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience
- Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
- Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be TIPs certified (will accept similar accredited certifications)
- Must be extremely hardworking and organized
- Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
- Must live near or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting approx. 40 lbs
