Job Summary
Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards. Greets guests immediately, takes drink and/or food orders, inspects IDs for legal age, monitors alcohol consumption, processes payments, orders liquors and supplies, washes glasses, maintains a clean bar area, resolves guest complaints, and performs additional duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of beverage order processing systems, ability to obtain/maintain licensing, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience preferred; capable of working in a noisy, smoky bar environment and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of related experience preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
