Job Summary
Bartender Mian Full-Time position responsible for mixing and serving beverages according to established guest service standards. Key duties include greeting guests, taking drink and/or food orders, inspecting IDs to verify legal age for alcohol, monitoring alcohol consumption per guidelines, handling payments and cash procedures, ordering or requisitioning liquors and supplies, washing glasses, maintaining a clean bar area, resolving guest complaints, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of beverage order processing, ability to obtain licenses, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate in a noisy, smoky environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of related experience preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
