Mix craft cocktails, serve premium beer and wine, and guide guests to libations that match their preferences and the legendary Mellow menu. Craft delicious drinks while engaging with patrons to provide memorable experiences and act as a living example of the Mellow vibe. Monitor and restock bar inventory, keep the area sparkling clean, and check IDs to confirm legal drinking age. Handle bills and payments while ensuring the cash drawer remains balanced. Comply with food and beverage regulations and maintain current knowledge of laws affecting alcohol purchase and patron safety. Help plan and serve the bar menu, taking food orders and assisting guests at the bar.
