Job Summary
Maintain accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on the assigned bar, verifying proper item prices against the beverage menu and organizing cashier paperwork. Plan daily and peak hour sales flow based on projections, communicate change requirements to the Bar Manager, and ensure safe, sanitary working conditions for employees. Execute location worker assignments and uphold all Food and Beverage rules and regulations while handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. This role supports Legends Global's premier live event services at the Mayo Civic Center, contributing to a unified team culture focused on execution and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- restaurant experience
- ability to take directions and effectively perform the work
- sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- ability to speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- pleasant personality and a neat appearance
- ability to stand walk for the duration of shift
- ability to carry and lift, according to industry standards
- ability to speak and understand English well enough to read and understand safety policies and procedures
- Positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times
- Strong knowledge of sanitary practices
- Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
