Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, issue and serve wine or champagne bottles, and prepare fresh garnishes. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and tools while stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Wash soiled glassware, transport supplies to the bar set-up area, and secure all liquor, beer, wine, cooler, and cabinet storage. Process all payment methods, count the bank at the end of the shift, resolve discrepancies, and complete closing duties. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, address service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager.
