Job Summary
Bartenders provide guest-focused service in a Marriott hotel setting, serving as host beyond the bar by building relationships with guests and the local community, anticipating and delivering on guests' needs, and ensuring the bar looks and functions flawlessly. The role requires knowledge of beverages and drinks, attention to detail in handling money and information provided to guests, and maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality. Responsibilities include standing/walking for extended periods, moving/lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing other reasonable duties to ensure a safe and high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
