Bartender

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes, issue/open/serve wine and champagne, set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and related areas, prepare garnishes, stock ice and glassware, process all payment methods, and manage cash bank by shift end. Maintain safety and professional appearance, provide attentive guest service, work with the team to meet quality standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requires ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other duties as assigned; education aligned with high school diploma or GED.
