Bartender

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes, open and serve wine/champagne, set up and maintain the bar and related tools, prepare garnishes, stock ice and glassware, transport supplies to the bar area, wash and remove soiled glassware, process payments and manage cash at shift end, and ensure security of liquors and bar storage. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance, follow safety policies, and develop positive relationships with colleagues to support team goals and guest satisfaction. Read and verify information and stand for extended periods, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate varied spaces; perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.
