Job Summary
Represent and be the face of the AB restaurant to guests at The St. Regis Rome, delivering service to the highest standards. Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes, record orders in Micros, and assist with inventory and bar maintenance. Upsell drinks and food, anticipate guest needs, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Communicate clearly in Italian and English; embody exemplary guest engagement and hospitality. Manage bar operations during high-volume periods while adhering to safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in high-end settings
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to speak Italian and English
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and garnishing techniques
- Experience with Micros POS system or similar
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
