Job Summary
Provide bartending service by mixing and serving drinks, verify guests’ ages, and manage payments while upholding standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include preparing bar setups, displaying products to enhance sales, taking drink orders, ringing orders into the register, handling cash and cards, assisting servers as needed, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly service. The role requires knowledge of cocktails, inventory management, adherence to age-verification policies, and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines. TIP certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Emphasis on teamwork, reliability, hospitality, and consistent guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Customer Service Skills required.
- Prioritization and time management skills required.
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Gain TIP certification within 3 months of acquiring the job.
- Carding a minor and delivering a glass of water rather than refusing service or confronting the guest (age verification)
- Understand and actively support all company policies relevant to your role.
