Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and staff in a high-volume bar. Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old; follow established recipes and procedures; utilize product knowledge and suggestive selling; take and deliver orders, operate the POS with cash handling accuracy; maintain bar inventory and par levels; provide friendly, personalized service to encourage guest return; ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed; comply with company policies; requires health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification and 1–3 years of bartender experience preferred.

- One to three years experience as a bartender
- Health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification; cards needed prior to first day of employment
