Job Summary
Welcome guests with genuine island hospitality, craft cocktails with precision, and stay current on beverage trends to recommend favorites. Keep the bar clean and stocked, manage tabs via the POS system, and handle multiple drink orders efficiently while navigating responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain seamless operations and turn guest concerns into positive experiences. Work across four resort restaurants including the beachfront Lah De Dah, sunset terrace License to Chill, poolside 5 O'clock Somewhere, and JWB Grill. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of beverages
- Familiarity with POS systems
- At least 1 year of bartending experience
- Understanding of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- A high-energy personality that thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- Navigate the POS system (Toast experience is a plus)
