Bartender

Bartender at The Aubrey within Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. You will deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service, be exposed to Japanese cuisine and food & drink pairings, and engage with guests and regulars to deliver memorable experiences. You will work behind the bar and on the floor in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, bank holidays). Prior bar experience in a high-standard hospitality setting with in-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and sake is required.
