Job Summary
Craft and serve drinks consistent with restaurant standards while guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and making recommendations. Apply beverage knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers to provide a first-class experience, utilizing creativity and excellent customer service skills to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. Work in a standing position for up to 9 hours, lifting up to 25 pounds, with availability for a mix of weekdays, weekends, daytime, and closing shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability
