Job Summary
Bartender role in Berlin with part-time/working student schedule. You’ll create a fun, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar, prepare and serve drinks including cocktails and coffees, know the drinks menu, build connections with guests, maintain a clean and stocked bar, monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service across the bar, lobby, and wintergarden. Responsibilities include delivering consistent quality, staying curious about trends and techniques, handling guest feedback professionally, following food safety and health procedures, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits and preferably beer.
- Previous bartending experience in a buzzy environment.
- Fluent in English, good German knowledge, additional languages will be highly valuable.
- You are flexible to work on rotative shifts and on weekends.
- Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues.
- A people person, you’re confident behind the bar.
