Job Summary
Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with skilled moves while creating seasonal menus and assisting with bar training. Support lead bar staff in designing the bar menu, take on various service area tasks, and help with front desk activities. Manage goods receiving, inspection, and storage to maintain perfect mise-en-place according to standards. Share insider tips with guests regarding local hotspots. Start in September for the hotel opening in Rotterdam. Full-time role with 35-hour schedule, Dutch and English fluency required.
