Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain bar cleanliness and organization. Verify guest identification, process cash and credit transactions, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Engage guests with recommendations, restock inventory, clean dining areas, and perform side duties as directed. Know the menu ingredients and preparation for specific items while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Must legally serve alcohol, lift 40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
