Provide friendly, efficient bar service at Lucy Buffett's LuLu's in Destin. Responsible for guest satisfaction through timely and hospitable service of bar guests, determining orders, making cocktail, beer, and wine recommendations, screening IDs per alcohol guidelines, inputting orders into the POS system, and handling cash with proper procedures. Prepare mixed drinks, serve bottled/draft beer, pour wine and other beverages, monitor guests for levels of intoxication, and inform security/management when refusing service. Upholds food, beverage, and Responsible Vendor regulations, ensures accurate checkout, and contributes to a fun, casual waterfront experience with a focus on hospitality and upselling.
