Job Summary
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks, follow proper cash handling procedures, and complete beverage and supply orders. Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays, slice and pit fruit for garnishing, and wash bar glasses and dishes. Check IDs for all guests, comply with state and federal laws, and demonstrate effective sales techniques to up-sell food and beverage products while responding to special requests. Stand for 8-10 hours per shift and pull up to 25 lbs. Competitive wages include a pooled service charge on all orders.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality or related industry experience
- Previous experience in high-volume, fine dining bar-tending or banquet bar-tending
- Standing for 8-10 hours shifts
- Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
