Job Summary
Bartender needed to manage daily bar operations within The Goat at Lifestyle Communities. Responsibilities include coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams, addressing customer needs, maintaining inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools, and delivering quality service with professionalism. Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification, TABC certification where applicable, and at least two years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Requires strong multitasking, organizational skills, and alignment with company values of Performance, Quality, Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership. Location options include Nashville, TN; Pflugerville, TX; Columbus, OH; and Raleigh-Durham area (Brier Creek), NC, with part-time schedule and on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification
- TABC Certification where applicable
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
