Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and servers, adhering to a 2-minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverages. Keep the bar area clean and stocked per health and safety guidelines while operating the cash register and POS system accurately. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per regulatory guidelines. Answer questions about Harrah's facilities and encourage Caesars Rewards participation. Maintain integrity of all financial controls and endorse company ethics and values. This part-time, day shift role requires standing for 8-10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidates must hold an alcohol safety certification within 30 days of hire and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Alcohol safety certification
- Excellent guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable

- Knowledge of beverage operations, common drinks, and standardized recipes
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to perform various movements (stooping, bending, reaching, etc.)

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry 5 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Six months of prior guest service experience
