Bartender-Level 1 (Full-Time; Day Shift)

Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and servers, maintaining a two-minute production cycle per three alcoholic drinks. Keep the bar area clean and stocked per health and safety guidelines while operating the cash register and POS system accurately. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed, adhering to liquor laws and company policies. Answer questions about Harrah's facilities, encourage Caesars Rewards participation, and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 bartenders. Work any station as business demands, standing for eight to ten hours in a fast-paced environment. Alcohol safety certification is required within thirty days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Alcohol safety certification
- Excellent guest service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable

- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of beverage operations, common drinks, and standardized recipes
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to perform various movements (stooping, bending, reaching, etc.)
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to tap a 165-pound keg
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry 5 pounds
- Capability to handle fast-paced environments

Desired Qualifications
- Six months of prior guest service experience
