Job Summary
Set up and service individual beverage locations, preparing all items for sale and selling to customers using the price list. Properly handle cash, tickets, and register programming while verifying inventory with a supervisor. Enforce liquor laws by requesting identification for every guest purchasing alcohol and maintain proper sanitation and safety practices in the work area. Follow all bar procedures, rules, and regulations for the Legends Global Food and Beverage Division at Lobels Original. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Must have basic working knowledge of bar operation
- Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Must be TIPS or LEAD Certified
- Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- Must be able to stand walk for the duration of shift
- Must be able to carry and lift, according to industry standards
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
