Genuinely welcome guests, engage in unscripted conversation, and listen to their questions, needs, and concerns while addressing them with attention and thoughtful recommendations. Anticipate preferences by recognizing facial cues and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Lapez's standard recipes using the POS/Toast system. Facilitate charge and payment, protect the establishment by enforcing sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies, and attempt to limit liability related to excessive drinking. Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, and sterilizing bar equipment. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Lapez Mod Mex standards and off-menu products. Must be at least 21 years old with previous restaurant experience, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds for extended periods.
