Job Summary
Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes while adhering to responsible alcohol service standards and state liquor laws. Serves beverages to guests, reads patrons to make appropriate recommendations, and conducts cash and credit card transactions. Maintains glassware and utensils, operating within full compliance of health codes and sanitation guidelines. Able to slow down or cut off intoxicated guests when necessary. Requires TIPS certification, ServSafe Alcohol training, and California Food Handlers Card. Must work nights, weekends, and holidays, with preferred availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Age requirement: 21+
- TIPS certification
- 1‐2 years of on hand experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks
- Ability to multi‐task
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
