Ensures compliance with state laws by maintaining a 15-minute bar time, refusing service to intoxicated patrons and minors, and collecting payments with accurate cash handling. Orders liquor and supplies, arranges attractive bottle displays, garnishes drinks with sliced fruit, and replenishes bar snacks. Cleans and maintains an organized work area while following all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety standards. Requires alcohol awareness certification and the ability to stand, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform physical tasks frequently.
