Take beverage orders promptly and accurately, entering them into the point-of-sale system, then prepare and serve drinks to the bar and tables while following brand guidelines for ingredients and garnishes. Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns immediately, and thank patrons for their patronage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing, resetting surfaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste. Open and close the bar according to company guidelines, setting up all necessary supplies and glassware. Prepare service well drinks for the restaurant, operate the espresso machine, and assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
