Job Summary
As a Bartender, you will set up the bar daily and stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and tools; greet guests and deliver exceptional service; prepare beverages following standard recipes and portion guidelines; operate the POS and handle cash/credit transactions accurately; maintain a clean, organized bar; comply with alcohol service regulations and verify IDs to prevent underage service; keep bottles and glassware arranged for efficient service and beverage promotion; restock inventory; build rapport with regular guests; collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, productive work environment; required skills include exceptional customer service, POS proficiency, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid TABC certification
- Food Handler certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant
