Bartender - Isle of Capri

Receives orders from patrons and wait staff, preparing and serving liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages. Ensures fruit and garnishes are ready before opening, maintains a clean and organized bar, and keeps stock levels adequate. Checks photo IDs to verify legal drinking age, collects payments, and refuses service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons using proper judgment. Submits requisition forms for bar supplies and operates cash register software. Requires mixology training, one year of experience, and the ability to stand for prolonged periods while lifting up to 25 pounds. This hourly role includes a tip credit system with a base wage plus tips equaling or exceeding $15 per hour, alongside 401k, paid time off, and comprehensive health, life, dental, and vision insurance.
