Job Summary
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, mix cocktails, and present a diverse, seasonally-inspired menu to guests. Interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks, and check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Restock bar inventory, maintain a clean and organized space, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Work peak hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends while adhering to all food and beverage regulations. Must have 2+ years of bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bartending
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays
- A friendly, attentive attitude
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
- Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
- A passion for providing customers with high-quality service
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
