Bartender

Serve guests in the bar, restaurant, and room service attentively and efficiently while mixing cocktails, serving wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and preparing food as needed. Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests, complete orders, and collect payments accurately. Clean and wash bar ware, restock items, and assist with inventory and ordering. Maintain quality and organization across the bar, restaurant, and kitchen while collaborating with all departments. Obtain a Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit, and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
