Job Summary
Bartender or Mixologist to mix and serve alcoholic beverages to all guests at Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach; duties include verifying IDs, preparing and serving beverages, accepting payments, balancing cash receipts, and maintaining a clean/organized bar; must upsell and suggestive-sell, demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer, and provide information about facilities and activities; role emphasizes hospitality and guest service and requires adherence to age verification and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending and customer service experience
- Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of reservation and POS systems
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
