Job Summary
As a Team Member Bar at PRESSROOM, you will prepare and craft cocktails to delight guests, communicate with colleagues and guests to ensure smooth service, and maintain the bar’s supplies and cleanliness. You’ll be knowledgeable about the menu and hotel offerings to upsell where appropriate, assist with the reservations system, and support colleagues across the restaurant when needed. You should have at least 2 years of bartender experience in a comparable environment, strong English, flexibility to help on the floor and with room service, and knowledge of HACCP principles. A passion for mixing cocktails and potential to grow through an extensive training program are valued as part of INK Hotel Amsterdam’s collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Bartender in a comparable environment
- Good command of the English language
- Flexible schedule
- Knowledge of and experience with basic HACCP principles
- Experience as a Mixologist or passion for mixing cocktails
