Job Summary
Serve guests efficiently while demonstrating strong knowledge of our rotating craft beer list, spirits, and cocktail menu. Keep the bar stocked, maintain prep levels, and consistently craft large-batch cocktails to high standards. Foster a welcoming, high-energy, and safe environment for all patrons, ensuring responsible alcohol service at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment across both front-of-house service areas and back-of-house storage/prep stations. Engage with guests, share a love for arcade/pinball culture, and build lasting relationships that turn first-timers into regulars. Work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting requiring long periods on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of high-volume bartending experience
- Valid City of Madison Bartender's License (Operator's License)
- safe-serve certification
- ability to obtain safe-serve certification prior to start date
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles
- knowledge of classic cocktail recipes
- efficient high-volume pouring techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods
