Job Summary
Mix and serve classic and creative cocktails while engaging guests and managing bar inventory. Maintain a clean, organized bar environment and report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor. This role offers career growth toward bar manager or sommelier positions within HVMG's nationwide portfolio. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Desired Qualifications
- Hotel experience
- Completed special certifications, such as bartender certification
