Job Summary
Mix and serve classic and creative cocktails while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor and uphold a warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company's Culture of Excellence. This role requires availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- This position may require a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Hotel experience
- Completed special certifications, such as bartender certification
