Job Summary
Take customers' food and drink orders, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner. Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls. Control allocated guest checks by documenting all required information and process payments while safeguarding customer and company funds. Comply with all state and local liquor regulations and create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests. This role requires legal age to serve alcohol, classic cocktail experience, and a valid Operator's License.
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- You have experience in making classic cocktails
- You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
- You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
- You have a valid Operator's License
- Craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)
Desired Qualifications
- You have one year of bartending experience (preferred)
- You have wine experience and/or certification
