Job Summary
Bartender at Oxford Collection of Hotels: craft and serve premium cocktails, wine, and beverages in a luxury hotel setting; follow standardized recipes while maintaining presentation standards; provide knowledgeable recommendations on pairings; manage stock, garnishes, and POS entries; ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards; greet guests, monitor responsible service, and deliver elevated guest experiences with professionalism and warmth; collaborate with front desk and management to ensure smooth service and maintain an upscale environment.
Required Qualifications
- Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred
- Previous bartending experience preferred
