Job Summary
Bartender at Oxford Collection hotels prepares and serves premium cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision and consistency, while delivering elevated guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting. The role requires knowledge of mixology, fine spirits and wine, and the ability to engage guests with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities include maintaining stock and garnishes, inputting orders at the POS, ensuring beverage presentation and portion control, complying with liquor laws, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and collaborating with front desk and leadership to deliver Four-Star service. Core duties cover food and beverage service, guest relations, inventory and safety compliance, and supporting hotel operations with excellent customer service, accuracy in checks, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Preferred education and experience emphasize a High School Diploma or GED, hospitality/hotel experience, and prior bartending experience, along with required licenses or permits and eligibility to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications

- Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred
- Previous bartending experience preferred
