Job Summary
Mix high-quality beverages and provide prompt, consistent service at guest and service bars while maintaining a hospitable demeanor. Accurately follow recipes, stock and restock according to par specifications, and thoroughly clean the bar and all equipment. Set up and break down stations, maintain cleanliness of common areas, and accurately charge guests using the point-of-sale system. Provide information on beverage menus, food options, entertainment, and cruise routes. Requires at least one year of bartending experience, high school diploma, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time hourly position starting August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- At least one (1) year of previous bartending experience
- comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes
- Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a high level of organization, detailed oriented and meet deadlines
- Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility
- Listen effectively, assess the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
- Have a working knowledge of computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
- Must be able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to coworkers and guests
- Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
- Will be required to be available for work nights, weekends and on all major holidays
