Bartender - Hooky Nashville

Bartender will craft and serve a diverse range of beverages per company recipes, deliver exceptional guest service, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, assisting with private events, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing inventory shortages with the Bar Manager, processing POS transactions, ensuring age verification and legal compliance, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff, addressing guest concerns, and staying current on beverage trends and techniques. Requires strong verbal skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a hospitable, guest-focused attitude. Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred; Food Handler and state alcohol certification required. Must be 18+ (21+ in certain states) with availability during holidays, nights, and weekends; physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.
